Along with D’Angerville, Gouges, and Rousseau, Tollot-Beaut was a pioneering Burgundian who started producing and bottling their own wines in the early part of the 20th Century, their first domaine bottling being 1921. Natalie is the fifth generation to run the cellars that are over 250 years old.
