Located in Northern Italy, the 12th century castle and estate has been making wine since 1808 and is now being run by the the fourth and fifth generations of the Vercesi family. The “Pezzalunga” refers to a long, single contiguous piece of vineyard that has a perfect hillside position facing south east. It is a full-bodied, flavorful wine, maintaining a delightful freshness. Only 450 cases of Pezzalunga make it to the states each year. Grab some while you can!
